Simfonics was founded march 2006 by Uwe Lührig (CEO), who has more than 10 years experience in the mobile industry. Prior to start Simfonics Uwe Lührig was head of product strategy & portfolio management at the German mobile operator E-Plus. In this role he was involved in the first activities of launching MVNOs on the E-Plus network. Before joining E-Plus Uwe co-founded Solomio Corporation a leading provider of integrated subscriber call management services - now acquired by openwave. He was Director European Business Development for Solomio Corp.
Dr. Siegfried Ergezinger, CTO
Dr. Siegfried Ergezinger has more than 10 years mobile operator experience in product management and service development. In his role as Innovation Director he was responsible for major innovations at E-Plus Mobilfunk like the introduction of pre-paid, data and mobile portal service (i-Mode for KPN Group, WAP), and services for the SoHO/SME and Corporate market. Dr. Ergezinger is holder of various patents in the area of mobile communication.
Jens Schack, COO
Jens Schack, COO has long term experience in managing large customer bases, before joining Simfonics he was Managing Director of life-for-less GmbH, serving customer loyalty programs and cards for the media or financial industries.
